          Stage 1


          Day 1:   The Brazilian Coast

          • Arrive at Rio international airport; and greeted by tour coordinator
          • Escorted to Rio Sheraton hotel; orientation
          • Lunch (own preference)
          • Rest, beach, swimming, sunbathing, etc
          • Dinner (own preference)
          • Stay overnight at Rio Sheraton hotel


          Day 2:   Rio Tour

          • Corcovado Mountain trip - Christ, the Redeemer
          • Lunch
          • Cable car to Sugarloaf Mountain
          • Dinner (own preference)
          • Samba experience (Be prepared to join in ;-)
          • Stay overnight at Rio Sheraton hotel


          Day 3:   Tropical Island Tour

          • Tropical island tour, by schooner
          • Dinner
          • Stay overnight at Rio Sheraton hotel


          Stage 2


          Day 4:   Into the Interior

          • Visit Rio's Botanical Gardens, beach, or explore
          • Leave Rio (Santos Dumont) by plane (JJ3937) to Campo Grande (15.15 - 17.39)
          • 300 km overland journey to Bonito
          • Dinner
          • Stay overnight at Pousada Olho d’Agua hotel


          Day 5:   Into the earth below

          • The Blue Lake cavern
          • Lunch
          • River rafting along Rio Formosa
          • Explore Bonito
          • Dinner (own preference)
          • Stay overnight at Pousada Olho d’Agua hotel


          Day 6:   Under the surface

          • Floating down-river at Sucuri river resort
          • Lunch
          • Cross-country horse riding, or relaxing by the natural water bathing pool
          • Jibσia (boa constrictor) experience
          • Dinner (own preference)
          • Stay overnight at Pousada Olho d’Agua hotel


          Stage 3


          Day 7:   Walking with butterflies

          • Drive to Boca de Onηa, at Bodoquena
          • Forest and waterfall trek and bathe
          • Optional mountain climb, overlooking the river valley
          • Lunch
          • Drive to Caiman Ecological Resort
          • Dinner
          • Introduction to the Pantanal (slide show under the stars)
          • Stay overnight at the Caiman Ecological Resort


          Day 8:   The Pantanal

          • Riverboat adventure
          • Lunch
          • Wild animal observation by day
          • Pantanal forest trek
          • Dinner
          • Night safari
          • Stay overnight at the Caiman Ecological Resort


          Day 9:   Canoes and Caimans

          • Canoeing to reptile area
          • Lunch in Miranda town
          • Drive to Campo Grande
          • Leave by plane (JJ3805) for Iguaηu (18:45 - 01:35)
          • Stay overnight at Continental Hotel


          Stage 4


          Day 10:   Iguaηu

          • Iguaηu Falls, from Brazil
          • Lunch at freshwater fish restaurant
          • Visit common border of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay
          • Visit Iguacu's endangered species bird sanctuary
          • Explore Iguaηu city by night
          • Dinner (own preference)
          • Stay overnight at Continental Hotel


          Day 11:   Grand Finale

          • Iguaηu Falls, from Argentina (passports needed!)
          • Walk the Upper Circuit, for panoramic views of the Falls
          • Train journey to the 'Devil’s Throat'
          • Lunch in Argentina
          • Walk the Lower Circuit, for close up views of the Falls
          • Powerboat ride into the Falls (expect to get soaked!)
          • Dinner and entertainment
          • Stay overnight at Continental Hotel


          Day 12:   Farewells

          • Leave for Rio or Sao Paulo international airport by plane
          (* Iguacu to Rio (GIG) : 09:50 - 11:45, or 16:30 - 18:30)
          (* Iguacu to SP (GRU): 06:25 - 08:00, or 13:30 - 15:00)

          • Lunch (own preference)
          • Return flight home, from Rio or Sao Paulo
